New Blog addy!

New blog addy: Pinkaliciously.blogspot.com

Those on my msn list should know why~

Memories of Uni life

Well well well, it's been three years...

I been stuck in NTU for three years... 4 hours again marks the last presentation of the three years... (should be the last lah)...
Sad to say, I screwed again..!!!

T...

M...

D...

Okay lah, it is actually better now... The first few time I present, I kan chiong like 1 day before... very scared til the last second of my part...! My whole body will start to heat up like 10 mins before I present... Now, my face heat up 1 second after I start my first word...
WAT A GREAT IMPROVEMENT~~!!!
Some day, I should be able to stand in front of 1000 people to give lectures...
*ahem* some day... one day...
oh, back to the presentation... I screwed up at the last minute of my presentation! Trying to explain that the prices of the natural rubber are volatile despite the introduction of synthetic rubber.. And because of the Oil Embargo of 1973, which reduce the demand of synthetic rubber, the prices of natural rubber remains volatile..
SEE! I can type it out! I nv refer to my notes loh!!!
Although it's not perfect, the idea is there...
phrase better than wat I said in the presentation! Argh!
Almost wanna cry when I sit down... Everyone fare better than me... really like the way my teammates interact with the class, and how they present...
Really hope I can do that...
But then again~ *shrug* too shy is like tat de lah... haiz...

    *The Evil Side of Me*

    HASH(0x8bb51dc)
    Shadow Caster

    Class: Seraph
    Alliance: Dark

You tend to be a rather dark, mysterious, and
gloomy sort. You feel the most at home amid
shadows and secrecy. Your pensive, wistful
nature makes you suited to a passive role
rather than an active one. As Shadow Caster you
would lend your arsenal of dark spells in
    support of the Dark Side.

    Guardian

    Class: Archangel
    Alliance: Light

You are a caring soul and somewhat of a people
person. You are very concerned about others and
about the world around you. You like connecting
with people and always want to be of help. As a
guardian your role would be to watch over the
human souls on earth and help them when they
    are in trouble.

    A new experience!

Woohhoo… just came back from home… you must have thought that I m super bo liao… Went home at 7pm, reach home at 8 and leave home at 10.30… well, can’t help it, my family miss me! (but I dint get to see my mother loh…)

But, my sis got her new car!
    *drums roll*
    HYUNDAI GETZ!

I m kinda excited! Haha… for the past 21 years, this is the first time my family possess a car… lemme repeat… C-A-R! CAR!

*sob* Yupz, we are just a poor family in Singapore
    .
    ..
    ...
as if... lolz… joking joking… but due to the fact that
    1. My daddy is always overseas, and
    2. My mummy dun have car license,
    3. Plus our relatives all live nearby or accessible places;
    4. And our schools are (normally) seriously very near my house

    Kindergarden – 2 mins walk
Primary school – 5 mins walk
Secondary School – 15 mins walk
Junior college – 30 mins bus ride
University – 5-30 mins (bus or walk; live in hostel)

    5. Car is expensive, difficult and expensive to maintain as well.
    6. Our uncles are all kind people, willing to lend my daddy their cars when not in use to bring his cute children out. (We normally borrow from our kind uncles should we need to go far far and eat…)

= A cost and benefit analysis conclude that we do not need a car!

But for my sis' work, she decided to take up a loan to buy a car... and with the car, my kind sister will fetch me whenever she can... lalalalala~ despite her busy schedule and tat she was so tired today, she still kindly fetch me to and fro... so kelian... the whole journey took 1 hr u know...
Having a car is so good! it's different from using others' cars and definitely better than taking cab, bus or mrt.. The only worry is that my sis will not take good care of her new baby aka husband coz she is a very bo chup person... Not up to me to care coz I m still in the midst of exam periods... After that I will have my internship somewhere near my school (so will be staying in hall) Straight after 8 weeks of attachment, I will have my final semester in school before I step into the society to work and help with the car loan...
    haiz...
    back to reality!
    study!!!!
