{S}uaY! Pui!

Before I reformat my laptop, shall complain first!

Met this new guy in NTU computer shop and he is super irritating!!!! Ya, he SOUNDS helpful BUT NO!!!!

• Firstly, he made me waited for at least 15 mins, standing there with a bulky laptop (u think laptop really so light meh!) and waiting there like a fool...

• Secondly, he refused to help me reformat my laptop! Reason because he got too many laptop to handle... ya... for my good so that i dun need to wait for a few days juz to get reformat.. pui lah... If I can reformat, I can jolly well do it myself.. u think from Hall to 8flags so near izit? Hey! I m not a IT idiot, I juz dun like to do reformatting and messed up my whole system... I just dun like to make decisions... (Yupz, to the extent of choosing those radio buttons) wat if something went wrong?

• Thirdly, he keep thinking that pple wanna exploit Fujitsu... "u know that ur warranty will be void because of personal damage"... Kaoz! u think i m a idiot izit? of coz i know lah! did I tell u that still have my warranty (although I dunno void le mah).. Unlike the prior IT people I have met (from 8flags and Fujitsu), I think he is there to exploit consumers, not there to help! (those guys keep giving me suggestions to revive my com, want to solve my proble and not there to try and void my warranty loh!) Argh! shouldnt have let him see my invoice, I bet he is trying to find my name and void my warranty...

• Fourthly, he made me feel like an idiot!Keep rebuking me for my personal accident of spilling pepsi on the laptop... u think I wan izit? told him alot of time Fujitsu know abt it, got record de mah... he keep repeating abt the warranty... - -'''

Anyway, I shall reformat my laptop myself... Although it cannot live beyond December, I shall still protect it... After its R.I.P, can sell away some parts to earn back abit of $$... haha...
